Prenatal & Birth Doula Services
Birth Doulas are labor support experts who attend to the emotional and physical comfort needs of birthing people and their partners throughout the childbirth experience.
- Prenatal Consultation- Establish rapport, identify foundational need, and right fit. (Virtual, phone, and/or in person).
- Prenatal Plan development-comprehensive assessment and individualized family program development. (Virtual and/or in-person).
- Email and phone support once services are elected and agreed upon as outlined in the prenatal contract.
- Education on choices in childbirth (setting, providers, birth options, newborn feeding Options, plans for postpartum care, and making referrals as need for additional community support.

- Monthly Check ins
- Weekly Check ins starting at 36 weeks.
- Labor and Delivery Support
Postpartum Support
Postpartum Planning providing families with essential individualized support in the early weeks of parenthood, helping ease the transition to life with a newborn. We can assist with breast feeding, family adjustment, and household management.
- We agree to provide care for a contracted amount of time. In addition to up 6 weeks phone and/or email supportive care after contracted time.
- Minimum 3 postpartum visits (virtual and/or in person).
- Sibling Transition
- Basic baby care
- Light housekeeping and household management needs.
- Mommy & Me music and movement post 6 week check up and medical clearance (virtual and/or virtual physical activity) through monthly individual or group classes. (Nominal fee per class and may be bundled within services).
